Geocache Description:

A Small Lock-N-Lock

The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You must do some simple math to find the final coordinates.

They all don't have to be deep in the woods. An easier one for you! Roadside parking near the cache.

To solve for the Final Location
Go to the Wikipedia Page for "Supergiant".
Locate the 4 digit number representing the radiation pressure that limits the largest cool supergiants.

North Coordinates
Take the 817.5 and divide it by 4 digit number
Subtract it from the posted coordinate.

West Coordinates
Take the 1153.5 and divide it by 4 digit number
Subtract it from the posted coordinate.

Some information
The supergiants are the most massive stars out there, ranging between 10 to 70 solar masses, and can range in brightness from 30,000 to hundreds of thousands of times the output of the Sun. They have very short lifespans, living from 30 million down to just a few hundred thousand years. Supergiants seem to always detonate as Type II supernovae at the end of their lives.

Betelgeuse is classified as a red supergiant of spectral type M2Iab and is one of the largest and most luminous observable stars. If Betelgeuse were at the center of the Solar System, its surface would extend past the asteroid belt, possibly to the orbit of Jupiter and beyond, wholly engulfing Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars.
