This cache is situated in the Pinetown area. It is a sports club which offers various facilities i.e. soccer, baseball, dog shows, entertainment, conference facilities, braai facilities and has two different pubs. The Umbilo River flows through on its boundary. This beautiful park is mainly maintained by its members and sometimes the fields get mowed by the municipality on the request of the club’s secretary. During the interprovincial dog show competitions there are also camping facilities for all the participants. The fields and pub closest to the cache can also be hired for year-end functions and birthday parties at a reasonable rate provided you use the cash bar. Once the cache has been retrieved and log signed you can sit a while and enjoy the peaceful noise of the river flowing and bird life. Thereafter you can also enjoy a cold one. Shaun, Christine and Lloyd know about the cache but at all times there will be muggles. So please take the necessary stealth to insure the safety of the cache. Once found please replace it the same way as you found it. The gate opens at 8.00 am every day except Mondays at 12.00. It closes late at night when last person leaves but I do not recommend to do cache at night since I cannot guarantee your safety.
