pannie&medusae: Now that I'm back home in South Africa, it's time to put this great event to bed. Many thanks to the cachers who attended and I hope to see you all again sometime. You all have a standing invitation to come and visit us in South Africa... I think our next MEGA Event will be even more awesome than the first and should provide you with a good excuse to go on a geocaching safari!

Geocache Description:

Hi Gold Coast geocachers!

My name is Medusae and I'm the Australian (some might say better) half of a geocaching team called pannie&medusae.  I'm visiting from South Africa and thought it would be really nice to meet some of the local cachers on this special date.

Please come and join us for a coffee or something to eat at this lovely local bistro. (Refreshments will be on your own account.)

Place: Mano's Bistro

Address: 37 Musgrave Ave (Cnr Turpin Rd), Chirn Park, Southport

Date: 12 December 2012

Time: 6 - 8 pm

I would love to meet you and everyone is welcome.  Let's spend a couple of hours swapping geocaching stories and experiences.  I also have quite a few TB's and GC's that I brought with me from South Africa should you wish to discover, or grab, some African trackables.  And let's not forget that special souvenir too.

I am really looking forward to meeting the locals.  Hope to see you there!
