over the river and through the woods Traditional Cache

This cache is located just outside the boundary line of the Rock Creek Park.  I checked the GPS coordinates and placed it just outside the park services area.  It can be accessed either by parking at the main parking lot on Beach Drive, or through a neighborhood on the back side of the park.  I have not tried the neighborhood trail head.  It is about a .3 mile walk into the trail. This is a local hot spot for hiking and walking the dogs.  Some dogs even swim and play fetch in the creek!  You will be in a wooded area with foliage and moving water.  The terrain is mostly flat with some hills.  There is one small hill to walk up (and down) so please be careful when you get to that waypoint.
