I like this area for caches since there's a very low muggle factor. I had one hidden down the road but didn't submit it soon enough so I've relocated it. The cache is a little evil because it's not visible; also, this is a trashy area. If either of these characteristics put you off, don't go for this one. A hint will be added if it proves necessary. There is limited parking available near the cache.
