Welcome to Cowley Park

I have always found this park to be a simple, quiet, peaceful walk. Many people come to get some fresh air on breaks from visiting or working at the hospital. What many people don't know is it is on the historic significance. Spokane Indians established their winter quarters here when presbyterian missionaries settled, established home, school and church on this park land.

You will need to solve this puzzle at the monument (STAGE1) to obtain the final coordinates to find this cache:
