Geocache Description:

Mural

[PL]
Tuz kolo stacji metra „Stare Bielany” wielki bialo-czerwony mis trzyma w wojskowym helmie jajka. Z jednego wykluwa sie nawet kurczak. Obok siedzi kura. To praca znanych grafficiarzy Flying Fortress (Berlin) i Swanskiego (Warszawa).
Warszawiakow chcemy zachecic do kolorow. Stop szarosci. Dajcie artystom swoje sciany. Jednak zrealizowac taka akcje nie jest latwo: czesto trzeba uzyskac zgody m.in. spoldzielni, miejskiego Wydzialu Estetyki, konserwatora. Tym bardziej gratulujemy mieszkancom Bielan.

[EN]
Right next to the metro station "Stare Bielany" great white and red teddy bear holds a military helmet containing eggs. From one chicken hatches. Next to them sitting hen. It's a job well-known graffiti-performers: Flying Fortress (Berlin) and Swanski (Warsaw).
Streetart artists sought to paint the walls, so we invited them to our house. But it is a kind of manifesto: colored walls is not only Słuzew. There's to many sad walls in the city. We want to encourage the colors. Stop Depth. Give artists their wall. But realize this is not easy to share: one needs to obtain the consent from the city Department of Aesthetics, conservator, etc. This is why we congratulate residents of Bielany for their Streetart painting!
