Geocache Description:

This series should be done in order starting with "Whooper #1" because the story behind the name of this series is written sequentially in caches "Whooper #2" to "Whooper #9"

This series is named after the Dungarvon Whooper train which used to travel along this trail from Newcastle to Fredericton.

We want to encourage geocachers to "Hop on the Whooper" by adding caches and extending this series.

Hide some caches at the end of the series then cut and paste the wording from the previous caches for the cache listing. Our goal is to have this series go all the way to McGivney where it will meet up with the Viking Series.

When logging your last find, include the coordinates of the last cache you hid so other geocachers know where you stopped adding to the series. This will give them a starting point so they too can extend the series.

Have fun doing the series and you might want to check out the related webpage at the top of this page.

This cache contains only a log so you need to bring a pen.
