Geocache Description:

The second of two caches placed either end of a pleasant walk amongst some pleasant trees in Pleasant Hills. This one possibly slightly harder than the other.

Placed in a remnant vegetation area of natural Grassy Box Woodland, this is a great place for those who love nature and birds.

The Esplanade Nature Walk is a natural strip of native vegetation along a 'surveyed road' through the middle of this quiet village - a very rare opportunity indeed, so we wanted to bring it to your attention. As you walk along, listen for the many birds and any other wildlife that might inhabit this area. To make this stroll more enjoyable, we decided to place two traditional caches at each end, rather than complicating things with a multi.

Beware that the track between could be slippery in places when wet, and potential for long grass nearby in summer. If the path is not suitable for walking all the way through, it is possible to park at each end and make these a 'drive-by'.
