Or, in other words, here's one over 8. 
I drive under this bridge twice a day on my way to work and back, and I always look up and think I should check out the upper level sometime and maybe put a cache there. Here it is! Do not attempt to get this from Route 8. There's a perfectly nice, secluded road up there with plenty of room to pull off just before the cache and safely walk to it.
You're looking for a duct-tape wrapped pill bottle with room for small trade items (which it's full of) and maybe geocoins and other small trackables. Please return it to where it's tucked to prevent weather damage. Bring your own writing utensil.
