NOTE: The published coordinates are NOT that of the hide. You have to obtain the final coordinates from the back of Peak 2’s log book.
Peak 3: Peak 3 holds the fort in the east, in the imposing shadow of the Dome. The youngest of the Three Little Peaks, but a little, well…porky… A broad-based fella with several ledges around its base that you can use to navigate around some of the tricky bits in the gully when ascending Peaks 2 and 3 or sling-shot yourself around to the Dome if you’re crazy enough to still go there after visiting the Three Little Peaks. As you have to obtain the final coordinates for this hide from Peak 2 you’ll most probably approach the summit from the saddle between the two peaks.
The cache: The final coordinates for this multi-cache is given on the back of Peak 2’s log book, so you’ll have to visit both Peaks to log this cache. Its D/T rating will therefore reflect the combined effort.
