Geocache Description:

Ammo can hidden on the Journey of Faith Trail. Please use given parking coordinates and walk along the perimeter of the field to the trailhead. Geocachers are welcome dawn to dusk on the trail.

This cache is hidden with permission from the Faith Lutheran Church of Avon, IN. They plan to build a new church on this property in the future. In the meantime several Girl Scout troops in the congregation have built a walking trail on the wooded part of the property, enhanced with stepping stones and birdbath in a butterfly garden, a fire-pit fellowship area, and a contemplative area with "hand-painted" benches. The congregation has been maintaining the trail.

Thanks to midwestseekers for obtaining permission for the hides on the Journey of Faith Trail. When we were scouting for hiding spots together we picked up a few branches and sticks that had fallen on the trail since the last church workday out here just to pitch in a little.
