The posted coordinates will lead you only to the reference point where information can be seen to calculate the final coordinates of the cache.
Go to the reference point and obtain the following numbers - both numbers are visible from this starting point.
1) Civic Number for the location - small posted 4 digit number on a post
2) Branch Number - this number will be obvious when you get to the reference point.
Use the above 2 numbers to calculate the location of the small camoufladged lock'n'lock container
You will need to use the second reference point to calculate the coordinates of the final cache location
For the North coordinate - divide the four digit number by 1000 and add this number from the second reference point North Coordinate
For the West coordinate - divide the three digit number by 1000 and add this number from the second reference point West Coordinate
