He may be seen in the summer wandering his courtyard on a leash. He also may look like a cow and eat like one, however, he most certainly does not say "moo"...but instead..."meow". Don't forget to say hi if you see him! 
Should be a pretty easy find for you, even in the winter. Good for a quick walk by grabbing!
