Geocache Description:

Burnside's Finest Tree

Also known as The Big Gum, and Old Red.  Reported to be the oldest and biggest River Red Gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) on the Adelaide plains.  Over 300 years old and 30m tall.  This tree was a mature tree long before the European colonisation of Australia.  How many times have you driven past and never stopped to admire this magnificent tree?

Freddo's 400th cache hide. The geocache is a small black container with a green lid.  Please cover the cache with some of the natural camo abundant in the area.
