Geocache Description:

Ulaanbaatar city was founded in 1639 as a movable (nomadic) Buddhist monastic centre, and was mainly intended to be the seat of the first Khutughtu Zanabazar. In 1778 it settled permanently at its present location, the junction of the Tuul and Selbe rivers.
The Soyombo script (Mongolian Соёмбо бичиг, soyombo bichig) is an abugida developed by the Mongolian monk and scholar Bogdo Zanabazar in 1686 to write Mongolian.

The Soyombo symbol is a special character out of the Mongolian Soyombo script. It serves as a national symbol of Mongolia, to be found on the Flag of Mongolia, the Coat of arms of Mongolia, and on many other official documents.
The cache placed near cave in the Bogd Khaan Uul Mountain.
Cache is a small plastic container box containing a tea candle, souvenirs, pencil and a log book
