Geocache Description:


The Evergreen Forest is located along the Split Rock trail at Mount Paul in Oak Ridge NJ, and is surrounded by 1100 acres of prime contiguous rolling forests and mountainous topography, including a large scenic lake. The former Pauliest Fathers monastery retreat is located at the top of the mountain located on scenic Stony Brook lake. Mount Paul is now owned by NJ state.

Please note: Trespassing is not permitted at the Mount Paul retreat buildings, please be respectful when visiting and hiking the Mount Paul trails.
