This is a Multicache. To obtain the coordinates to stage two, after enjoying the switching yard, find the orange sign on the brown building across the street. There is a two digit number on this sign. Use the digits from this number in the following coordinates:

This cache contains 1/4th of the combination for Thomas (GCRDVR).

Harold
In a railway family Harold can hardly avoid having a high profile. He brings a welcome spot of dash to a quiet landscape of Sodor whenever he appears and even if the noise he makes is occasionally wearing, he is good-hearted and the engines are always pleased to see him.
Fun Fact
As far as we are aware, Harold has never flown outside the island of Sodor.
