This cache is placed in honor of a good friend who was involved in a terrible, freakish car accident 4 years ago. He now resides
in a nearby facility where I visit with him several times a month. When the weather is good, we go for walks outside and, more often then not, I end up pushing him to the lower entrance of Round Top Park. I have explained geocaching to him and have pointed out the cache location as a good place to hide a container, promising him that I would hide one there soon. I visited with him today and, while the weather wasn't nice enough to go for a walk,
told him that I had the container in the car and would place it when I left for home. I can't wait for Spring to come when I can once again take him to the location and show him the log of everyone who has found it.
The cache is a small plastic container. Because of the location, it would be difficult to find after a significant snowfall. It is not on the "main" path.
