Should be a quick grab with plenty of parking. However this place can also have major snow drifting during the winter months so dress for the weather conditions for that day. Congrads to IndyNB for being FTF !!!
Former location of Dalhousie's train station which was sold and converted to a local "watering hole" after the station itself was considered surplus. However fire resulted in the need to tear down the building as age and damage meant this buildings time had come. The tracks are part of a spur line which start from Dalhousie Junction and results in only one route to and from Dalhousie. As a result of the closures of these industries, the spur into the town was declared surplus and was to be removed. However a deal was struck between CN and the Port of Dalhousie for this section of line to remain open for now .
