[2017.04.17 replacement] A small black bison tube. This cache is not for everyone, so please be careful/smart. And no need to remove the "base" of the cache from its hiding spot (i.e., please re-hide as found or better!). Please make sure to be smart/cautious, especially during playground hours (kids love it there!!) though cache is far enough off so to be discrete.
Welcome to the heart of the Annex in Toronto and to Jean Sibelius Park. A great little spot in the midst of a great 'bigger' spot. It was only this past summer (June 2012) that the renovations to the park were completed. There is a lot here for such a small park and kids love the spot. While Sibelius' legacy as one of the greats re classical composition is well known (as memorialized by his bust in the middle of the park), I must admit that I personally am not all that familiar with his music. My modern tastes wander towards Stravinsky and Arvo Part, or even more 'modern' composers such as Max Richter or Johann Johannsson. But I look forward to digging into Sibelius' catalog, and perhaps you may want to consider doing such too....
Congrats to emzernask for the FTF!
