Greater Love Hath No Man Than This….

This cache is placed in the Riwaka Memorial Reserve, which covers more than 1 hectare. For most of us who drive by the Riwaka Memorial Reserve, the thing we notice most are the impressive gates at the main entrance. They are a fitting tribute to the local people who gave their lives for their country in World Wars I and II. Just inside the gates is a peaceful area of garden and trees, perfect to sit and rest a while. There are also toilets in the area and tennis courts and croquet lawn in the western part.
The listed coordinates take you to the left hand side (from the road) of the main gates. Both sides of the gates have the list of locals who died in the Great War and in World War II.
