Geocache Description:

This is 2 of a 3 part series that is dedicated to cachers who are waiting for loved ones in the hospital.

Geocaching is very therapeutic in that it allows me to rest my mind and put my thoughts at ease, distracting my attention.  When I first came to Hamilton General Hospital back in September, I needed a break and decided to look for a cache nearby, and discovered that the closest one was about a half mile away.  This series, of 3 caches, is dedicated to those waiting for loved ones at the hospital.  Go out for a walk, take a break, and grab a cache.  Your loved one will understand.  All the best to you.
