Geocache Description:

This geocache is located in a carpark, so should be easily accessed by most and should be reasonably easy to find.

This spot is a great mid way place to have a coffee break if you are travelling from Queenstown to Te Anau/Milford or further south to Invercargill.

The Wool Bales sculpture was designed by local international artist Russell Beck.  You can see many other examples of his work if you travel to Invercargill.  He has other large pieces on Tay street and Don street in Invercargill, Andersons Park Art Gallery and at Stirling Point at Bluff.
