This cache is a park a find at the north end of Tuc-El-Nuit Lake. Please park on the road and not block the driveways. Be careful when driving not to hit any of the painted turtles that cross the road here to get from Tuc-El-Nuit Lake to the marsh area in the field.
Not only the turtles’ call this area home, there is a nesting pair of great horned owls that live in the willow trees in the RV Park. Permission has been given to walk in the RV Park to get a closer look at the owls but please leave your vehicles parked on the road. Don’t forget to say hi to the owners while you are there. Other birds that live in the area are herons, osprey, quail, pheasant and a large mix of marsh and song birds.
