Geocache Description:

A fairly simple stroll around this fine city, looking for blue and grey heritage plaques. If you are unfamiliar with the area and require further assistance, please email me and I will disclose the locations of the plaques.

With the help of a couple of local-to-Hereford family members, we've put together this little multi/puzzle cache which involves a pleasant stroll or cycle ride around the city centre. We managed to find 13 heritage plaques in a couple of hours, I'm sure there must be many more!

The images below are labelled A to M. Your quest is to find them (by however means available!), and count the number of letters in each of the blanked-out words.
A simple bit of maths at the end should take you to the cache.
