The above co-ordinates are for the vicinity for parking.

To find the cache co-ordinates you will need to solve the following calculations involving the number 12.

 Cache Co-ordinates   N54  HA.HGE      W004  DB.FCJ

 24 ÷ 12 =  D

(12 x 4 ) – 40 = J

18 – 12 =  A

12 + 3 – 10 = I

108 ÷ 12 = F

(12 x 12 ) – 140 = C

12 – 11 = H

12 + 12  - 17 = G

(12 x 3 ) ÷  12 = B

12 – 12 = E

You need to walk up the track next to the Glen Mona Hotel - footpath sign "Snaefell Mines." The cache can be found within 2km from this point. You will be passing "Magnificent Maughold." You could make this a longer walk by finding caches over Sileau Lhean and on to Laxey or you can continue on to Black Hut. Please be aware that the Glen Mona Hotel car park states that patrons only park in the car park. There is room for parking along the lane or at the layby by the school.

The start of the Green Road currently has a "Road Closed" sign for motorised vehicles. There has been considerable water erosion at the start of the Green Road so caution is needed.

I have placed 12 swaps in the original cache. Can the geocaching community keep the number of items to 12, including trackables?
  1. Ladybird peg
  2. 10 Franc coin
  3. Coasters
  4. Whitby fridge magnet
  5. Crayons
  6. Sticky stars
  7. McDonald’s spaceship toy
  8. Hair grip
  9. Gold pine cone decoration
  10. Golf tee
  11. Spinner
  12. Plastic fly
Plus FTF prize

When logging your find on geocaching.com, please give a fact with the number 12 or word twelve in it.

Eg.
12 people have walked on Earth’s moon
There are 12 stars on the flag of Europe
There are 12 faces in a deck of cards

Finally, wouldn’t it be great to find this cache on the stroke of 12 minutes past 12?
