How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Cache seems to have gone. Just camo bag left. If anyone would like to take over these caches please let me know as I can no longer maintain them easily. Tree climbing required for this one. A physically fit adult should manage this quite easily but you may want help from a friend. The camouflage bag is tied to the tree with a simple loop to keep it in place so please remember to secure it back in the same way.

Fruit & Veg series

Being The Vegan Cacher I thought it fitting that my first hides should form a fruit and veg series. This comprises of 5 unusual cache containers all with enough room for small swappables and trackable items. Each cache is placed in a camouflage bag.

The series will take you around the start of my favourite running route from Cannon Hill Park along the Rea Valley cycle route (which I also use to cycle to work). The series has a range of difficulty and terrain levels and includes a couple of basic tree climbs.

To retrieve the bonus cache for the series, Cornucopia you will need to make a note of the number that the fruit/vegetable represents in each cache which will give you the coordinates.
Please look after the natural habitat in this area and take care to place the caches back exactly as you found them.
In keeping with the ethical and sustainable nature of these caches,  anyone wanting to partake in ‘cache in, trash out’ during their search will receive extra praise and be highly coveted.

This cache is easily accessed by public transport. For parking see Hey Mr. Tally Man, Tally Me.... There is a commemorative card for the FTF.
