Geocache Description:

The parking waypoint must be used, please read the entire cache page before attempting. Sunrise to sunset only!

Near the trail though the middle of the preserve. Deer Bedding areas abound!

Access to this preserve is through a gate occupied by Cook County Police, it is open between sunrise and sunset. You will be required to tell the officer at the gate that you want to explore The Heritage Preserve.  This is the only legal entrance to the parking for the preserve. The preserve is patrolled by Cook County Health Center Police.  The entire preserve is enclosed by a 8 ft BW fence so please dont try other entry points by climbing over the fence. If you do, will have the LEO encounter you deserve.

Remember, its not an official find until you log it online.
