Geocache Description:

This cache is just big enough to contain a few small toys, pen and log.  It can also hold travel bugs as long as they are not attached to anything that is too big.  No worries about muggles, the only ones in the area are going about 85 miles per hour.

Love's Spring Camp est. 1910

Love's Spring Camp, located south of Fountain against the foothills west of the ol Highway 85, beckoned to weary and hungry travelers.  A series of connected rooms or cabins with doors facing a parking lot was known as a motor court, which first appeared in the 1930's as car travel increased.  Love's Spring Camp also included a campground.

With it's good spring water, the rest stop served both motorists and campers.

The owners of the camp, Robert E and Annie Christian married in 1869.
The Loves came from Kentucky and at one time owned Cave of the Winds.

Congratulations to darknight2 for FTF!!
