Geocache Description:

There was the Miki-kassen (The battle of Miki) between Oda and Bessho from March 1578 to February 1580. Hashiba Hideyoshi who was the commander of Oda made an attack for occupation of Miki Castle. Bessho was shut up in Miki Castle and outstood. The tactics, that Hideyoshi chosed, was starvation policy, that was called “Miki-no-Higoroshi”.

Please bring your pen. 三木合戦（みきかっせん）は、織田家の武将羽柴秀吉が行った播州征伐のうちの1つで、別所氏は播磨三木城（兵庫県三木市）に篭城しました。この合戦で秀吉が行った兵糧攻めは、三木の干殺し（みきのひごろし、-ほしごろし）と呼ばれています。筆記具を持参ください。筆記具を持参ください。
