No fanfare for this cache, as its name implies – one of those caches you wonder why it was ever placed at that particular spot, as seemingly ordinary setting, bland surroundings, and lacking significance. Only the owners will ever know why it was so placed. Well this is ours to add to the multitude of others – we call it, the ULTIMATE NONDESCRIPT!

No Babbling Brook or River Ramble; No Urban Sprawl, that means No Post Boxes or Tikkie Boxes; No Xcellent View from the Edge or Beach Views; No Valley of Pools or Tranquil Pools; No Kids at Play and no Gummi Bears; No Solitary Post or Lonely Gatepost to hug; No Little Forest or Tranquil Trail; No Wonderful Waterfall or Forest Meander. It has no swag, it is not a quick park, grab and go; it is not on a trail, and it is not Picture Perfect. It is not a puzzle (except as to why it is there?) It is indeed the ULTIMATE NONDESCRIPT.
So why is it there? Just like many other such placed caches - because there is a group of people who will wake up at unearthly hours of the morning, sometimes drive senseless detours before arriving at their planned destinations, even go bushwhacking in the middle of the night, to try and autograph their own names at the top of a little piece of paper, before anyone else. After it is first found, and the prestige and glory of not being at the top of the list is lost, there are still streams of individuals, families and groups, who over years, will try and find this seemingly random, irrelevantly placed container. IT IS CALLED GEOCACHING, fully understandable to the many who obtain great joy in the pursuit.
Well the ULTIMATE NONDESCRIPT, will be followed a few others in this series. The second is being placed simultaneously with this one, and is within walking distance.
Please be discreet as on some late afternoons local labourer muggles play soccer nearby. Please replace container as found. ENJOY ! This first one does not even have a hint… …. ….. well, OK a small one…..
