This is usually a very high muggle area but most are taking in the surrounding views and not paying much attention to the other muggles. This new addition to Harbour Quay allows you to experience the view of the surrounding area by being out on the water. Ths can also be a very tranquil place to just come for a walk and relax or you can brave the stormy weather and watch the waves crashing about.
