Walts Hunting: I have tried several ways to get a new chip written and it keeps going to the wrong location for some reason so I will archive this one.

Geocache Description:

Time to introduce the latest technology to the hobby.  For this cache you will need an NFC tag reader.

Get out whatever device you have that can read a NFC Tab and come a running.
At the cache coordinates you will find an NFC Tag.  Use your NFC Capable device to read it. It is encoded as a geolocation so you will get a dialog box showing the appropriate apps that can handle it.  Some will use the information and take you directly to the cache but others won't.  I am unable under guidelines to tell you what programs will do that.

If you don't have an app that will take you there you can take the display and use it to find the cache.  The display is in XX.XXXXXXXX XXX.XXXXXXXX format so you may have to convert it. If you have taken one of Scoobert's classes this will be easy if not prepare before going out.

I ran into this idea on the froggy's forums and didn't see any around here so thought I would give it a shot.

I would like to thank Scoobert and Plazmo for the cache container which I won at the end of one of their wonderful mapping classes.
For a list current list of devices Google works very well. FTF is an unactivated TB
