A while ago, I placed a cache with the name, "800:400, 2:1". The name meant that I had found 800 caches, and placed 400, for a 2 to 1 ratio of finds to hides. When logging his find, Spider said that he was waiting for a cache named "1000:500, 2:1". I do requests. I thought that I would accommodate Spider with this cache. However, I ran into some expected difficulty. I was hiding more than finding. I thought that I might have to name this cache, "850:500, 1.7:1". However, I received some massive assistance. The Delaware Supercacher, disguised as mild mannered Mike Ott, heard of my plight and came to my rescue. He took me out to the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal, where I was able to score 136 finds in less than a day. That expedition made this cache name possible. Therefore, although this cache was requested by Spider, it is dedicated to Mike. I limit requests to two per person, to give people a chance. Fortunately, Spider has used up his two (The first being "By Special Request II", GC39ZDH). Otherwise, I might get hit with something like, "2000:1000, 2:1".
The cache is located in the woods behind The Shoppes at Louviers. I parked behind the bank, at the edge of the woods. The cache is a camoed half-gallon plastic container. It has a log, pencil, small trade items (including a few micro cache containers) and a prize for FTF to help you figure your income tax next year. Be aware of the terrain rating. There's a slippery slope, prickers, a stream crossing and fallen trees. Also, a thick carpet of leaves can hide surprises.
