Hills Picnic Spot # 1 There is a resurging interest in old fashioned past times such as picnics. This series gives you a chance to find your old picnic rug, boil up a Thermos, grab a packet of TimTams and head for the hills. After finding the cache take a little time to enjoy the view and lay on your rug! My Christmas present to you.

 

This a simple traditional cache and the first in an occasional series. 
The Adelaide Hills are a beautiful place. I have lived in the Hills all my life, as has my family for generations before me. I am using my local knowledge to build up this series.

This picnic spot has been chosen for it's great views over the city. Views from here at night are also lovely. Although the Hills are usually cool at night so remember another layer if picnicing. Watching the sunset from here would also be nice.
