Right in the middle of some privet. You must navigate around some brier thorns on the way in. Not too far though. One could keep an eye on the stroller while searching for the cache.
Interesting story or at least I think so. We had a cache near here called Red Coffee Can #40. It was tethered to a tree and yet somehow it broke away and wandered off. About a year later, a cacher that was searching for "I Love Cookies" found the pod, with log and swag in fairly good condition, about 450 feet from and on the opposite side of the trail from it's original location. We were notified and went looking for it. Found it and planted it where it is now.
