You know what I love about urban caches? A simple hide becomes insanely hard just by having a few people around.  This is no different.  The hide is as subtle as a brick in the small of your back, but there is never a time when someone isn't around.  You're going to need every ounce of ninja-like caching skills to get this without getting muggled.
