The cache is not at the posted coordinates. The Mad Tree Hanger once again trying to alude Geocachers in Northern Virginia. As usual he has used his Mad Tree Hanger Genius to develope a devious picture puzzle for you to decypher. The only way to avoid having a big blue question mark on your Geomap is to find the Mad Tree Hanger and sign his log!
