This cache is part of the 12-12-12 event
Bosianu Astronomic Observatory is one of the two places in Bucharest where you can really see the sky.
Sadly, this place is seldom used, as the light interference, the location near the middle of the city and, not the last, the internal Academy regulation making nearly impossible for the public to use it.
The optical instruments are preserved in a museum-hall, some of them being between the most valuable in the world, like the Meridian Circle, a complex and massive instrument which measures and records the position of the stars.
The start position will take you to the front of the building.
Here you will need to find out:
(A) - the year when the building was changed to observatory;
(B) - the number of the nearby place where some heroes change clothes.
The final location is at: N 44 24. [A/3 - 24] ,E 026 05.[round(B/(2*A)) - 167].
