Barokowy ołtarz główny z 1730 r. Ołtarze boczne: późnorenesansowy z 1637 r. i manierystyczny z XVII w. Dzwonnica konstrukcji słupowo – ramowej z przeł. XVIII i XIX w.
Ambona rokokowa z XVIII w. Kwadratowa z dwoma dzwonami z 1566 i 1789 r. W muzeum w Pelpinie znajdują się dwie figury pochodzące z kościoła w Radoszkach: gotycka Chrystusa z k. XIV w. i późnogotycka Świętego Augustyna z XVI w. W Muzeum Okręgowym w Toruniu znajduje się barokowa rzeźba Świętego Jana Chrzciciela z XVIII w.

A wooden church in the baroque style. The chancel is smaller than the nave, closed on three sides with sacristies.
Church porch at the front. On the roof there is a turret with bell, which is topped with onion like dome with a lantern.
Inside there is a choir with organ from the beginning of the 20th century, made by Adolf Homan. Baroque
altar from 1730, side altars - late Renaissance (1637) and Mannerist (17th century).
Bell tower with pole structure - the framework of the turn the 18th and 19th century. Rococo pulpit from the 18th century is square, with two bells from 1566 and 1789.
The museum in Pelpin holds two figures from this church: Gothic statue of Christ from the end of the 14th century and the late-Gothic statue of St. Augustine from the 16th century. The District Museum in Toruń has a baroque sculpture of St. John the Baptist from the 18th century
