The cache is located along a new section of walking path around Madras, Oregon at an elevation of 2454 feet. This new addition to the trail is asphalted and has lights and benches. There is ample parking at the Madras Skate Park on the south end of the hill and if you choose to use it, you will have a hike of .44 miles with an elevation gain of 174 feet. A the top of the hill enjoy the view of Madras.
You will be looking for a small pill bottle with log, pencil and assorted swag. There is a travel bug to start it off.
