Along the Chester Creek Trail beside the Westchester Lagoon. During the winter (when the ice is thick enough) skater, skiers and other winter enthusiasts can be seen out enjoying this beautiful lagoon. During the summer this area is also well travelled. Use stealth to avoid the continual muggle traffic. The tourist look (camera in hand) would do good.
