Come join us bring in the New Year - Geocaching style!!
This event will be held at Nanny's Diner at 5PM on New Year's Day 2013. We will enjoy a traditional New Year meal complete with black eyed peas and boiled cabbage. There will also be hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with gravy and cornbread to eat. The meal will cost $8.00 per person including your beverage. You are not required to eat in order to attend. We will enjoy the fellowship of our caching peers and maybe have a surprise or two!
But wait! We are also planning a cache run before the dinner, complete with some brand new caches! We have hidden (so far) 19 new caches for this event, they will not be published beforehand so those on the cache run will share FTF honors. We will meet at Ward's in Monticello at noon for lunch and leave on the cache run at 1PM.
If you are planning on eating supper with us, please post a "Will Attend" so we can give Nanny's some idea of how many they will have to serve. But, don't let not posting keep you from coming, come on anyway and if they have to cook more, they will!
