Anlegestelle für Boote mit niedrigem Tiefgang vor der Tür vorhanden. Autostellplatz oder U-Bootsanlegestelle auf Anfrage verhandelbar.

Bei verstärkten Regenfällen ist mit ansteigender Feuchtigkeit zu rechnen.
