"Road Construction!"
Something that most everyone of us has to deal with on a regular basis. Over the past few years, this area has seen more than it's "fair share" of it, along with the congestion, frustration, and headaches that came along with it. The traffic through here got so bad, that the locals gave the nearby I-10 overpass it's own, non-heavenly name. At times, there was as many as 3 or 4 projects going on in this area at one time. The projects included the replacement and widening of the Chaffee Rd. overpass over Interstate 10, the widening of Interstate 10, the widening of Crystal Springs Rd., and improved drainage and intersection of Crystal Springs/Chaffee Rd. As you look around from the cache site, you can see most all of these improvements. Yes, were glad it is finally over.

Now, there is talk about a proposed Chaffee Rd. widening project in the not to distant future.
This should be a fairly simple "park and grab" cache, but muggle activity can be extremely high at times, so use stealth when necessary. There is plenty of room to pull off adjacent to the cache, but you will only be able to go south on Chaffee Rd. upon leaving the cache site. Enjoy!
