A Good walk spoiled #2 Traditional Cache

People often call a game of golf a good walk spoiled. Well a walk along the lovely wooded Southport Old Road is just a good walk along one of the boundaries of one of the areas golf courses.
You are looking for a small locking plastic container. Big enough for swag and travel bugs. The road is not overly busy, but some motorists do take advantage of the national speed limit, so be careful when walking this route.
The cache is located on a sharp corner which forces drivers to slow down, but still be careful with kids. This cache contains a clue to the puzzle cache 'A Good walk spoiled #3'.
Look at all of the hazard markings count the number of white chevrons pointing right and multiply by the number of white chevrons pointing left.
Multiply the result by the number of signs that make up this equation and add the number inside the cache to give you the missing part of the Easting W 003° 02.(result)
There is a little Christmas present in the cache for the first to find, that may or may not be worth much ;)
