This Geocaching related puzzle is a tribute to some of the favorite caches that we have done so far.
Tradional: Iron Horse
This cache is located in Washington and I highly recommend it when you are in the area. This cache was published in 2000 and so one of the original caches. You have to walk 2.5 miles in an unlit tunnel to find this old cache, so bring a flashlight. I walked it towards the end of the day and the light was shining straight into the tunnel. Furthermore, the cache is a well hidden ammo can, who can complain about that.
Mystery: ITP No. 10 – Vinings
Still one of the more interesting puzzle that I have solved. I am not sure how many hours we put into this. Together with TeamBagley we solved this hard puzzle over a couple of months period, 1% at the time. It was a great feeling when we finally solved it and an interesting lesson in Atlanta geocaching history. It is one of those puzzles that each time takes hours to solve every time it changes.
Multi: The Buckhead Dragon
For us this was an unexpected cache. We happened to be in the area and ended up doing a cache. Wow, this one was soo much fun and so unique. We almost got locked in which only added to the excited. A unique cache that should be on everyone bucket list
Virtual: Eight Cribs
There are so many good virtuals, so it was hard to pick one. This one was special as it was such an unexpected virtual and we would have never ended up here if it hadn't been for this virtual. We won't tell more but go visit it when you are in the Grand Canyon area.
Many more caches deserve credit, you can see my favorites in my profile, but these caches were worthy of mentioning here as they clearly are the quality caches among the quantity masses.
To get the coordinates of this cache, you will need these numbers to determine an order.
5, 7, 8, 4, 2, 1, 6, 3, 2, 9
Good luck with the puzzle and the cache. For those of you that like statistics, you may gain something unique when logging this cache. The Geochecker is in the usual location.
