Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This Letterbox Cache is being placed to honor those Americans who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States. You are looking for the bronze grave marker of Vernon R. Graves, U.S. Army. Mr. Graves served in World War II and was wounded in combat with the enemy and was awarded the Purple Heart Medal.
There is a nice bench near the final stage that may be used while logging this cache. Instead of just signing the cache log, I ask that you draw your personal Totem with the colored pencils provided or stamp the log with your personal Caching Ink Stamp. An ink pad is provided. Now might be a good time to create your own personal Letterbox Totem for signing Letterbox caches
Use the information on the bronze grave marker to find the coordinates for the final stage which is hidden nearby.
