I would recommend that you park on Vine street, and approach from that end.
The old (defunct) railroad spur line that goes to the nearby nuclear plant branches off of the main line near here. While much of the old line has caches placed along it, this section doesn't.
Take a short stroll down the old railroad spur line. As you near ground zero, put on your thinking cap, and ask yourself – “Where could I hide a cache here?”
You are looking for a small pill bottle sized container.
